Join us  for an introduction to Reiki, a life changing practice of hands on healing.
Reiki is a powerful tool not just for healing, but also for awakening to our own divinity.
The first level of Reiki is an introduction to Reiki, and focuses primarily on healing the self.
In this class you'll learn:
- The history and philosophy of Reiki
- An introduction to the human energy system and how to read energy in others
- You will receive a Reiki I Attunement from Reiki Master Teacher Kristin Johnston
- Hand positions for giving reiki to someone who is seated in a chair
-Receive a Reiki Level I certificate
You'll leave this class with a solid understanding of the origins of this healing art, and everything to need to begin practicing reiki on yourself, close friends and family and even pets!
