Join us for our May Women's Circle!!
This month, we’ll be exploring what it means to move just beyond our comfort zones...finding presence, grounding, and inner strength through the controlled, hermetic stressor of a cold plunge.
This practice is completely optional, and you are warmly invited to come gather with us, plunge or no plunge.
We’ll open in circle with a brief check-in, move into a short guided breathwork practice, and then transition into the plunge.
There is absolutely no pressure to participate - come as you are, whether to step in or simply cheer on your sisters. We’ll close in community with hot beverages and nourishing snacks.
