Monthly Women’s Circle: Take What You Need Tea Party
Join us this month for a nourishing and heart-centered Women’s Circle centered around the gentle wisdom of herbal allies.
During our Take What You Need Tea Party, we’ll begin with a brief discussion about several supportive medicinal plants and the unique ways they can help ground and nourish us. Participants will be invited to tune inward and choose the plant that resonates most with them in this moment. Together we will prepare our teas, infusing our water with the essence of these allies and mindfully receiving their medicine.
We’ll also explore the importance of embodiment during times of great transition, and how working with plants can help us stay rooted, present, and connected to the wisdom of our bodies.
This gathering is also a beautiful opportunity to slow down, share tea, and connect with women of like mind and like heart…
