This months focus is intention setting for the year ahead!

Intention setting is a powerful ritual, and theres really no better time than the beginning of a new year to set some clear and powerful intentions!

We'll start the meeting with a meditation to help us clear our minds so we can focus on a word or symbol that represents the energy we'd like to carry into the year ahead.

Following the meditation we will provide a host of materials so you can create and decorate a mini vision board that captures the essence of your intention.
